Background: Chronic, refractory low back and lower extremity pain is a common problem. After failure of conservative treatments , percutaneous adhesiolysis are often used in managing low back pain. Percutaneous epidural adhesiolysis has been studied in patients with refractory low back pain secondary to failed back surgery syndrome, as well as spinal stenosis. \nMethods: We analysed 117 patients with failed back surgery syndrome and spinal stenosis. Clinical outcomes were assessed with the visual analogue scale (VAS) score and the Oswestry disability index (ODI). The follow-up period was a 6 months. \nResults: Mean VAS scores were 6.01 ± 1.08 preoperatively, 2.85 ± 1.5 after one month, 3.04 ± 1.66 after 3 months, and 3.68 ± 1.67 after 6 months of follow-up. Mean ODI scores were 48.15 ± 11.82 preoperatively, 29.25 ± 11.51 after one month, 30.51 ± 11.94 after 3 months, 33.37 ± 11.97 after 6 months of follow-up. When FBSS (n=51) and SS (n=66) patients were compared in our study, initial VAS and ODI scores were significantly higher in FBSS group. However, no significant difference was observed on months 1, 3 and 6. In both groups, significant reduction was observed in VAS and ODI values on month 1, 3 and 6.\nConclusion: The neuroplasty is a safe and effective treatment. We favor to attempt epidural neuroplasty trial in spinal stenosis or failed back surgery syndrome patients when there isn’t evidence of progressive neurologic deficit, contraindication or red flags to suggest fracture, malignancy, infection or other systemic disease.

The recent work based on the analysis of soil cultivated with various crops collected and analyzed the soil from the cultivated greenhouse as well as from an open field of a private agricultural farmhouse, the field nursed with organic fertilizer. The soil samples from covered and uncovered areas were collected from three deep bottoms (5 cm, 15 cm, and 30 cm), mixed, prepared five different samples, and calculated the pH value, electrical conductivity, quantitative analysis of nitrogen, phosphorus, Potassium, and humus. The other values in all parameters were documented in both covered and uncovered soil fields. It has been recognized that the soil has moderately high pH values (7.9 in the greenhouse and 7.5 in the uncovered area), the obtained value of E.C of greenhouse (4.1dS/m) is slightly lower than the uncovered area (4.8dS/m), a medium level of total nitrogen (6.3%than in the uncovered field 4.7%), quite high concentration of phosphorus (5.16 mg/100g in the greenhouse uncovered field 4.67 mg/g), quite high potassium values (39.04mg/100g in the greenhouse and 36.30mg/g in the uncovered area) and high values of humus (12.7 % in the greenhouse and 9.1 % in the uncovered area). Based on the collected results, it has been concluded that the soil is saturated with phosphorus and Potassium, and no need to further fertilizations in the forthcoming years.

In emerging markets such as Vietnam.\nIs it the time to us to consider factors affecting banking sustainability in the context China-US commerce war and Covid 19 and Industry 4.0?\nThis paper will consider and evaluate one key factor that affects banking sustainability, that is risk management, esp. Market risk measurement and evaluation in Vietnam in the context that the country experienced pre-low (L) inflation time and post – L inflation stage, accounting the year 2015 with low inflation rate of 0.6%.\nBy using both quantitative analysis with statistics, charts and comparison, combined with qualitative analysis with synthesis, inductive and explanatory methods, research results show us that June is the month banks experience highest or lowest values of market risks, and during pre low inflation time , more beta values (max, mean, median) are equal to 1 or lower than 1. Whereas during post low inflation stage, several more beta values (max, mean, median) higher than 1.\nThen, Main findings could be used for socio-economic policy implications in Vietnam. And research model can be applied for other countries, esp. Emerging markets.

This study investigates the influence of distribution, transportation, and warehousing practices on the profitability of selected in Cavite, Philippines. It also determines the level of efficiency of the above-mentioned practices and the problems encountered in the course of implementing these practices. Consistent with the study objectives, a descriptive survey was conducted with questionnaires distributed to furniture shop operators in selected municipalities in Cavite to get a sample size of 60 operators. Primary data supported with secondary were collected and analyzed using SPSS version 21. The main findings showed that the distribution, transportation, and warehousing practices of the furniture shop owners are very highly efficient as evidenced by the positive significant relationship of these practices on the profitability of the business. Key recommendations were drawn that to continuously achieve better profitability and performance, furniture shops not only in Cavite but nearby places should emphasize good logistic practices as mentioned above as well as to take appropriate and timely action to resolve the problems encountered in operations to gain stability and sustainable profitability in the long run.

Vietnam gained great support in material and spirit of the Soviet Union and the socialist system as well as progressive organizations and movements to serve the restoration country building and recovery after the war.\nThe research found put after Doi Moi period 1986, better foreign policies has improved international relation between Vietnam and China, and ASEAN countries. Vietnam follows foreign affair policy in which we want to be friends of many countries and perform multi international relation policy.\nThis study finally will help to draw some historical lessons.

Life Cycle Assessment is a method to assess environmental impacts of crops production which is determined using calculation and assessment of resources consumption, and diffusion of contaminants. This study aims at examination of environmental impact of different kinds of cabbage in Dezful county using life cycle assessment during 2011-2017 crop years. In order to do this, the size of sample was determined to be 52 using Cochran’s formula. According to the method presented in ISO14044, Functional unit equalled one tone of cabbage, and the effected groups included global warming, acidification, water and fossil resources depletion, potash and potassium resources discharge, after normalization and weighting, Eco-Index and RDA were defined. Through analysis of data, the amount of diffusion of NH3: 1.550, NOX: 0.011 and N2O: 3.004×10-5 contaminants resulted from nitrogen fertilizer, and CO2:4.482, CH4: 3.004×10-5, SO2: 6.64 ×10-4, N2O: 0.0003 and NOX: 0.036 resulted from consumption of fossil fuel needed to produce a tone of cabbage were kilograms respectively. The final index of impact category including global warming: 0.0011, acidification: 0.010, water: 0.002, fossil: 0.0021, phosphate: 0.1175, potassium: 0.0093 resources discharge was calculated as, respectively. ECO-index: 0.0111 and RDA: 0.1309 were respectively. Acidification impact category and phosphate depletion resources had the most potential harm to environment in the form of environmental impact category, regarding resources discharge. Therefore, management of optimal consumption of fertilizers especially Nitrogen and phosphate fertilizers and replacement of which with organic ones and also the use of environmental fertilizers can help decrease environmental negative impacts.

To detect PD-L1 and PTEN expressions in triple negative breast carcinoma (TNBC), and explore the effect of PTEN on regulation of PD-L1 expression. Methods PD-L1(SP142) immunohistochemistry was performed on 136 breast carcinomas including 50 TNBC and assessed in intratumoral immune cells (IC). PD-L1 and PTEN expression and cell biologic behaviors were further detected in vitro in the PTEN knockdown TNBC cells. Results PD-L1(SP142) positive rate in TNBC (48.0%) was significantly higher than non-TNBC (23.3%). PTEN negative rate was 42% in TNBC. The inverse correlation between PTEN and PD-L1(SP142) expression in TNBC was statistically significant (P<0.05). After PTEN knockdown PD-L1 expression in TNBC cells increased significantly, simultaneously the expression level of AKT increased. PTEN knockdown promoted cell proliferation, viability and G1/S switch of TNBC cells in vitro. Conclusion PTEN loss in TNBC upregulates PD-L1 expression, suggesting that PTEN may involve in regulation of PD-L1 expression in TNBC. Antitumor immunity of PD-L1 could be enhanced in TNBC when targeting PTEN at the same time.

The images in Cōḻa style may be dated in the ninth-tenth century CE. The article examines the significance of Vārāhī with reference to literary mandate, particularly the hymns of the Āḻvārs bearing on Varāha. The logical premise is whatever told of Varāha applies to Vārāhī, the Lord’s feminine. The images from South India and elsewhere are correlated for obtaining a full-picture of the many facets of Vārāhī. Vārāhī in canonical lore is the daṇḍanāyikā. She is apprehensive toward evil-mongers and at the same time the most merciful Mother for peacemakers. The Mātṛ “Mother” holds the halāyudha (daṇḍāyudha of daṇḍanīti) in one of the right parahastas, which is a rare idiom. The importance of this agricultural weapon is pinpointed with reference to canons and iconography. Photographic evidences from all over the subcontinent support the article. I would like to say Vārāhī may be one but the Mātṛ and Yoginī are different from the cult and ritual points of view.

Women need special space facilities in order to increase their confidence in safe presence in urban settings, especially in the public spaces such as parks. Therefore, it is necessary to provide suitable spaces for all different age and sexual groups, especially vulnerable groups, including women. Therefore, if there is not a solution for the safety of space users in urban design, there will always be a fear of committing crime in these spaces. The view that has already been dominated on the issue of urban security pays less attention to the women\'s safety. Therefore, by means of field studies, the present research attempts to study the issue of the security of urban spaces with female gender approach especially in the parks as the main parts of the public spaces. The Mardom Park or Hamadan’s Luna Park, the largest urban parks in the western part of Hamadan, has been chosen as the case study. This park in Hamadan is known as one of the well-known symbols of the city, despite its extramural performances, people of different cultures, beliefs, and age groups attend there. Hence, it can play a significant role in improving the security of women in the city. For this purpose, after collecting theoretical views and knowing the components affecting the security of women, the analysis of the space was carried out according to the objectives of the thesis. In addition to qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis of the indices and statistical analysis were performed by means of using a questionnaire and SPSS software. The results show that the relationship between all the aspects of the park\'s quality dimensions (except for the relation between structural-skeletal dimension and accessibility and social dimensions) is positive and meaningful. That is, by increasing the quality of each dimension, the quality of other dimensions has increased, consequently the attendance and security of women in the park also increases and vice versa.

Present study was conducted to obtained maximum and uniform germination and production of quality seedlings of two Bauhinia species, i.e. Bauhunia retusa and B. vareigata in temperate nursary condition. Seeds of both species were collected from thier natural habitate. Germination requeiments of seed of both species were assessed in constant temeperature in laboratory. Seeds were stored in room temearture in diffrent types of containers and thier germinabilty and gowth were also assess. Similarly, seeds of both Bahunia species were sown in nursey according to seed size, seed coat colaur, seed sowing depth and seed orientation to evalute the vigour, early seedling growth and biomass. The results revealed that the optimum and uniform germination of both Bauhinia species was found at 250C constant temperature. The radicle and plumule growth were also recorded maximum at this temperature. Polybags are suitable for the storage of Bauhinia seeds. On an average, large size seed, yellow seed coat colour had given higher germination as well as good growth. Seeds of B. retusa were sown at horizontal position while B variegata were sown at upright position had more germination and produced vigour seedlings. Seeds sown at different depths proclaimed that the seeds of B. retusa had more germination at 4 cm depth while produced teller seedlings at 2cm depth. Seeds of B. variegata were sown at 2 cm depth has given better germination and produced vigorous seedling growth as well as biomass. It is ample clear from the results that the seeds of Bauhinia could be store in polybags at room temperature. The large yellow colour seeds, sown at 2 cm depth with upright and horizontal position might be the best for optimum uniform emergence and production of quality seedling just after seed collection in both Bauhinia species.

In this study, the behavior of ginger flour (Zingiber officinale) on productive parameters during the first laying stage in quail (Coturnix coturnix japan) was assessed. It was carried out in the Cevallos canton, the variables to be studied were: food consumption (g) feed conversion, mortality, (%), laying percentage (%), quality of the egg expressed in (weight of the egg (g) thickness of the shell (mm), shell resistance (kgf), yolk coloration. A completely randomized design with four treatments and six repetitions was used, in addition to an analysis of variance and 5% Tukey test. The treatments used were : T1, T2, T3 and T0 (control), were applied in doses of ginger flour of: 0%, 0.2%, 0.4% and 0.6% respectively, Statistical differences were observed between T3 and the control group, determining that the flour favors the consumption of food, especially in the final stages of the study, (T1, T2 and T3) compared to the control group.The feed conversion shows significant differences with T2 in the intermediate stages of production compared to the control. presents significant differences, in addition The quality of the eggs improved markedly. Regarding mortality, there were significant differences, especially in T3 compared to the control, since the birds showed resistance to diseases. Regarding profitability, the results of T3 were superior, with a RCB of 1.19. Concluding that the inclusion of Ginger flour improves the productive parameters and the quality of the eggs

Seaports play a significant role in the maritime supply chain and greatly influence the global environment, thus implementing a green port program to realize sustainable development become imperative. The paper looks to fill the literature gap by addressing the green port issues from the institutional and management perspectives. This paper utilizes a survey approach to measure three institutional pressures (coercive, mimetic, and normative), top managers’ attitude and behavior, and employees’ green port mindfulness via the structural equation modeling (SEM) to test the hypotheses of the research framework. The empirical results of this study partially demonstrate that the institutional forces have positive effects on employees’ green port mindfulness by way of top managers’ attitude and behavior. The results suggest that international environmental organizations and governments should strengthen the mimetic forces that are more effective at driving the top managers’ adoption of green port projects that in turn will influence their subordinates.

The role of banks as intermediary institutions have to be improved continually so that they are in line with Indonesia�s economic growth which is also experiencing significant fluctuations. This study aims to analyze banking indicators, namely banking technology indicators as measued by Bank Indonesia Real Time Gross Settlement (BI-RTGS) and electronic money, banking assets, loans, exchange rates, BI interest rates (BI-rate) and the industrial sector on economic growth in Indonesia. This study uses the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) to analyze two banking indicators, namely assets, loans, two indicators of banking technology, namely BI-RTGS, electronic money, as well as Birate (BI interest rate), exchange rates and gross domestic product in the industrial sector from 2010 to 2022. The results of data analysis using impulse response function (IRF) graphs show a positive response from economic growth to the shock of asset, loan, and electronic money. BI-rate and BI-RTGS variables show a negative response to economic growth, but affect economic growth consistently. Overall, it can be concluded that all variables are shown to have an influence on economic growth as indicated by the optimal lag obtained in the VECM model over 2 quarters. The novelty and main contribution of this study is the use of BI-RTGS and electronic money as a proxy for banking technology. Currently, little research has been done on the link between banking technology and economic growth rates.
